Triple-Net Lease Inspection
A Triple-Net Lease Inspection is a type of commercial inspection performed on a property that where a Triple-Net Lease (or net-net-net / NNN) is involved. This means that the tenant is responsible other responsible for operating expenses such as repairs and maintenance, in addition to paying rent.
The NNN Inspection is for the tenant and landlord and can be performed before signing the lease, during the lease agreement, or after a lease has ended. The goal is to ensure the property is being maintained properly, to help reduce overall operating expenses, forecase unexpected expenditures, and protect both parties from legal claims.
