Commercial property owners and managers have a set of various risks to manage: moisture, weather, overuse, and electrical, to name a few. The goal of the commercial energy audit is to prevent electrical misuse, damage, and death and project energy expenses into the next five years.
With document review, energy bills, infrared thermography, and site inspections, we identify building risk areas and energy costs.
