Stairway Defects

I'm falling and I can't grab a wall

Exterior stairways and walkways often lack proper treads, guards, and/or railings.

At this PCA in Charlotte, NC, the exterior stairway lacked a handrail. This is a safety hazard for everyone using the left side of the steps.
