Old Stairs and Odd Steps

A PCA not only covers the interior of a building, but its exterior access points as well.

This paticular school had some severely damaged and quite dangers steps that were no longer in use, but were still on the property.

We recommended the stairs be repaired or replaced, with proper guards and rails, since they acted as the secondary egress path from the back of the classroom wing.
