Ceiling Leaks

Large retail tenants often have ongoing leaks.

What becomes difficult is determining the source of the leak. Though this level of determination is not required, clients often ask.

Once we have inspected the roof and poked around above the ceiling tiles, it becomes apparent whether this is (a) a roof leak or (b) a sprinkler leak.
