Day 1, 8:00am - 12:00pm: Business Focus

● Business Vision & Mission

● Leads & Marketing

● Logo & Webpage

● Service Overview

● Cold Pitch and Cold Calls

Day 1, 1:00 -4:00pm: Site Visit #1

● Studio approach

● Students watch trainer(s) perform a commercial building inspection

● Trainer(s)e= explain our mental approach and on-site protocols

Day 2, 8:00am - 12:00pm: Service Focus

● Site, Envelope, Roof

● PME’s

● Vertical Transportation, Life Safety & Fire Protection, Interiors, Commercial Kitchen, Accessibility

● Labeling Photos

● Build Checklist

Day 2, 1:00 - 4:00pm: Site Visit #2

● Skeleton approach

● Students utilize their own checklists on-site

● Students take their own photos

Night 2, 6:30-8:30pm: Optional Group Dinner

● Dinner is on the house

● Discuss life and business

● Laugh a lot

● Put down a ton of food

Day 3, 8:00am - 12:00pm: Site Visit #3

● Skin approach

● Students collect enough information for a finished report

● Students must finish a report for class credit
